Return Policy

Trailers

All trailer sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trailers once purchased.

Parts & Accessories

• Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Must be new, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Contact us by phone or email to request an RMA.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

We Cannot Accept Returns On:

• Opened or used parts/accessories
• Items missing original packaging
• Special orders (non-stock items, at our discretion)
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
